Dagestani regional head killed

Unknown assailants shot dead the head of the Magaramkent regional
administration of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports, citing a police
spokesman.

Azadi Shikhbabayev was killed in his car at approximately 11.20 am in
the village of Magaramkent.
