Election debates are breath of fresh air for Kazakhs - VK editor

VK editor-in-chief Dr. Alexey Vlasov says television debates held during the election campaign in Kazakhstan are like a breath of fresh air for the country's citizens.

Dr. Vlasov, who is now visiting Kazakhstan, says the Kazakhs have finally got a chance to see their politicians and to listen to them.

According to the VK  chief editor, the ruling Nur Otan party backed by president Nazarbayev has performed the best during the debates.
