US to help Kazakhstan build drones

Kazakhstan plans to build drones with US assistance and ships with the help of Ukraine, CA-News reports.

Kazakhstan Engineering sent a delegation to Ukraine on January 12-14, 2012. The company wants to cooperate with the Research and Project Center for Shipbuilding (Nikolayev, Ukraine) to form a a shipbuilding structure at Hydropribor (Uralsk, Kazakhstan).

Ukrspetsexport, a State Holding, is the authorized mediator in exports and imports of military and special services.

Kazakhstan Engineering started cooperation with the US. A delegation visited Wichita, Kansas, and met authorities of the Cessna Aviation Company to discuss construction of light civil aircraft and drones.
