US will not criminalize denial of Armenian Genocide

The US does not plan to criminalize denial of the Armenian Genocide, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said, RBC reports.

She noted that people in the US have the right to speak out almost anything they want. Recognition of the genocide should be a matter of historians, not politicians, Clinton says.

The secretary urged the international community to discuss the issue.
