Syrian opposition won't participate in talks with Syrian government in Moscow

A senior member of the Syrian opposition said that the opposition Syrian National Council had not received any formal invitation to attend talks in Moscow with Syria's authorities, and would not participate in talks even if they were offered to do so, Reuters reports.
Russia's Foreign Ministry reported earlier today that the Syrian authorities had agreed to talks in Russia, and that it hoped the opposition would agree.
