Armenian National Congress to receive parliamentary seats

State officials said that there were plans to grant the Armenian National Congress 15 seats for parliament and 4 for the executive power after the parliamentary polls, Tert.am reports.

Lyudmila Sargsyan, a member of the Congress and head of the Social-Democratic Party “Gnchakyan”, said that it is the population who should decide how many seats the Congress gets, not the government.
