Arab League monitoring chief of in Syria not invited to UN Security Council

The Syrian Association for Protection of Human Rights has condemned some members of the UN Security Council for pressure on Syria, SANA reports.

The Association said that the UN session on Syria had neglected terrorism, murders of servicemen, police officers, peaceful citizens, kidnappings, arsons and destruction of state and private property, sabotage on gas and oil pipelines.

The message also states that the UN had ignored a report of General Ad-Dhabi, monitoring chief of the Arab League for Syria, who was supposed to attend the session but had not been invited.

The Association emphasized on violation of the law, principles of justice and human rights. Its message condemned the UN for its work in protecting Palestinians.
