60 thousand people are left without heat in Vladikavkaz

A district of Vladikavkaz was left without energy in temperatures of minus 12 degrees due to power lines being overloaded, RIA-Novosti reports, refering to the Acting Managing Director of "Vladenergo", Valeria Kupeeva. In total, about 60,000 people were left without heating. According to Kupeeva, it will take at least three hours to repair.
