Kadyrov to help Chechens form inter-ethnic dialogue

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has discussed the interaction of Chechen diasporas with Isa Hajimuradov, Director of the Department for Foreign Links and Government of Chechnya, Kadyrov’s website says.

The main goal is improvement of ties and mutual understanding between peoples, prevention of national-based conflicts.

Kadyrov proposed the delegation to be aided by intelligence, youth, healthcare services and parliament.

The Chechen leader reminded that all Chechens willing to return to their homeland are always welcome, unless they committed crimes. About 143 people are on the wanted list. Some 143,000 Chechen refugees live in Europe.
