Foreign Ministry: Russia's participation in UN peacekeeping mission in Syria is possible

The Russian Foreign Ministry does not exclude the participation of Russian troops in the UN peacekeeping mission to resolve the situation in Syria, RIA-Novosti reports referring to the statement by Deputy Foreign Minister, Russian presidential special envoy to the Middle East, Mikhail Bogdanov.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on the decision, said that Moscow is studying the proposals of the League.
