15 PKK terrorists killed in Turkey

During the special operation of the Turkish security forces in the Sirnak province 15 militants of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) have been killed, Trend reports on Tuesday.

As many as two soldiers of the Turkish army have also been reportedly killed.

The PKK has been fighting for autonomy in Turkey since 1984. The conflict has claimed tens of thousands of lives. The group is labeled a terrorist organization by the UN and the European Union.
