Georgian president and Lithuanian speaker of parliament discuss security

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili met Latvian Speaker of Parliament Solvita Aboltina in Tbilisi and discussed regional security, Trend reports.

The sides expressed interest in political cooperation. Latvia supports Georgia in integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures. Latvian legislators noted successful reforms and infrastructure projects in Georgia.

The Latvian delegation will conclude its visit to Tbilisi on February 15.
