Russia and Azerbaijan hold new round of talks on Qabala radar station

Moscow held Russian-Azerbaijani negotiations on the Qabala radar station on February 15, AzerTAG reports.

Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov and Azerbaijani Vice President Yagub Eyubov discussed prolonging the lease on the Qabala radar station, which started on January 25, 2002.
