Azerbaijani demands that CSTO head give explanations

The Azerbaijani official said that the CSTO Charter demands fulfillment of security obligations of its members. Nagorno-Karabakh is a territory occupied by Armenia, he says.
Mirzazade said that Azerbaijan would not give away an inch of its territory. He expressed pity that the secretary general, being a representative of Russia, made such statements. Azerbaijan may restore its territorial unity via diplomatic or military means. Azerbaijan will choose the most suitable way, the Azerbaijani MP notes.
Vestnik Kavkaza reported earlier that CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha promised at a press conference in RIA Novosti to support Armenia in case the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict intensifies.
