South Ossetia resumes issuing passports

The South Ossetian authorities have resumed issuing of passports. The
process was earlier halted due to a lack of application forms. Charges
of 620 roubles (about $20) have been introduced as the application
forms are printed in Russia, the news agency Res reports.
