Sobyanin and Tsereteli have disagreements

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has dismissed 25 people in another reshuffle, RBC reports.

He dismissed advisors Lyudmila Shvetsova and Vladimir Resin, new members of United Russia. Zurab Tsereteli, a notorious sculptor and advisor of Shvetsova, was also dismissed.

Z. Tsereteli made many works during the rule of former Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, including a monument of Peter I on the bank of the Moscow River.

Anatoly Zobnin, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning, retired.

Sergey Selivanov, Deputy Chief of the Culture Department, was replaced by Deputy Chief of the Property Department Violetta Tokareva. Vladimir Froltsov has been reappointed as Chief Architect of Moscow.
