Gazprom Neft Aziya, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, has become a monopolist on the Kyrgyz oil market, RusEnergy reports.

Kyrgyz Energy Minister Askarbek Shadiyev says that Gazprom will provide oil through its subsidiaries, because it suspects Kyrgyzstan of re-exporting oil to Tajikistan.

Nurlan Torobekov, an MP of the Ar-Namys fraction voting against the agreement of the Kyrgyz government and Gazprom, said that it allows the Russian petroleum company to interfere in domestic affairs of the company.
