Acting Al Qaeda leader detained in Cairo

Seyf Al-Adel, acting head of Al Qaeda, a successor of Osama Bin Laden, has been detained at the Cairo Airport, ITAR-TASS reports.

The terrorist was involved in attacks on the US Embassies in Nairobi and Dar-es-Salaam in 1998 and organizing training in Sudan and Afghanistan in the 1990s.

Osama Bin Laden was killed in Abbotabad (Pakistan) on May 2.
