Azerbaijan may start foreign oil deliveries via Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline

An Azerbaijani-Russian oil delivery agreement may be amended in order to allow Azerbaijan to deliver foreign oil via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, 1news.az cites Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Minister Natig Khafiyev as saying.

The agreement signed in 1997 allows only home-produced oil delivery via the pipeline.
