Putin signs order on rules of public discussions of bills in Internet
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed an order on rules of public discussions of federal bills in the Internet, RAPSI reports.
Public discussions concern federal constitutional and federal laws on state policy of socio-economic development. The document will be filed for discussions for two days.
Public discussions of bills will be held once per bill and take up to 30 days. A report will be made basing on replies and presented to the government. A department will then consider passing the bill to the Commission for Projects or further improvement, basing on the report.
