Private plane arrives in Cairo to take up US citizens suspected in disorders

A private US plane has arrived at the international airport of Egypt in Cairo to transport seven US citizens suspected in financing disorders back home, RIA Novosti reports.

Egypt has recently lifted the ban on departure of US citizens suspected in foreign NGOs operating in Egypt and illegal financing. Their lawyers say that the decision was based on humanitarian motives. Accusations have not been lifted yet. The US citizens will be allowed to leave for a bail of $300,000.

The suspected Americans have been hiding at the US Embassy in APE. A DC-3 plane arrived from Cyprus to Cairo last night. It had 4 crew members. It is expected to take the passengers in the near future, no details about its departure have been given yet.
