Zhirinovsky, Mironov congratulate Putin on victory

Vladimir Zhirinovski and Sergey Mironov have congratulated Vladimir Putin on winning the presidential polls in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

In a conversation with journalists, Putin recalled that the idea of federal districts belongs to Zhirinovsky. Putin emphasized that he will used Mironov’s support where goals and programs find common grounds.
