Turkey compares Syria's Homs with Srebrenica massacre

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has approved the model on Syria proposed by Yemen, TRT Russian reports.

Davutoglu compared the events in Syria's Homs with the massacre in Srebrenica and Sarajevo at a press conference with his Italian counterpart Giulio Terzi. The Syrian crisis was their main topic of discussions.

The Turkish minister wants Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad to stop violence before the country becomes bankrupt and collapses. The Arab League’s plan needs implementation immediately, he says.

Giulio Terzi noted that he supports the model of Yemen and does not believe in Assad’s reforms.
