South Ossetia's CEC certain about fairness of coming elections

The Central Electoral Commission of South Ossetia says the coming presidential elections on 25 March will be fair and transparent, RIA Novosti reports.

The previous polls were declared invalid after opposition candidate Alla Dzhioyeva won the second ballot.
