Russian vice speaker of parliament calls Gorbachev biased

Sergey Neverov, Secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of United Russia and Parliamentary Vice Speaker, has called actions on Pushkinskaya Square on March 5 justified and accused former USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev of being biased, Interfax reports.

Neverov said on Wednesday that Gorbachev’s urge for protests are McFaul’s and McCain’s dream of the Arab Spring in Russia. The vice speaker reminded Gorbachev about his fault for the events in Tbilisi, Vilnius and Sumgayit.
