Former Dagestani sports minister elected university chancellor

Former Dagestani minister for sport Shakhabaz Shakhov was elected chancellor of the Dagestani State Pedagogical University, RIA Dagestan reports.

99.9 per cent of the university's professors voted for Shakhov.
