NCFD presidential envoy’s office moves to Pyatigorsk

The office of Alexander Khloponin, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), has moved to Pyatigorsk, the capital of the district, RIA Novosti reports.

The office has been at the administrative building of Kavkazskiye Mineralniye Vody in Yessentuki since early 2010, while the residence in Pyatigorsk was under reconstruction.

The Russian State Social University will leave the building in the District of Tsvetnik on Kirov Street, 26. The university will move to the outskirts of Pyatigorsk.
