Azerbaijani pardon commission submits pardon list to president

The Azerbaijani Pardon Commission has submitted a list of criminals it considers worthy of pardon to the country's President Ilkham Aliyev, APA reports.

A general pardon is expected on the eve of the Muslim holiday of Novruz Bayram.
