Training alert at Sochi Airport delays flights

Three flights have been delayed after a training alert at Sochi International Airport, RIA Novosti cites Larisa Peredero, the press secretary of Basel Aero, the managing company of Russian airports in the south, as saying.

She clarified that information of a bomb at the airport was received at 10.38 am. About 500 people, staff and passengers, were evacuated at 10.51 am.

Three flights were delayed. 20 minutes later the airport was informed that it was a training alarm.
