Azerbaijan condemns intrusion into privacy of opposition journalist

The Azerbaijani authorities are against intrusion into the privacy of any journalist, as stated by Elnur Aslanov, head of the section for political analysis and informational support of the Presidential Administration, commenting on a personal video of a journalist of Radio Azadlyg, Hajidly Ismaylovo.
The official noted that a democratic society respects privacy, regardless of language, religion, ethnicity or social status, Trend reports.
Aslanov assured that the police will do their best to punish the people interfering with Ismaylova’s private life.
