Chechenauto to export cars to Azerbaijan

Chechnya has recently opened a car factory which will sell cars to the Azerbaijani market, ABC reports.

Officials of the factory will visit Baku in April to discuss car shipments to Azerbaijan.

Chechenauto will assemble Lada Priora of the Volzhsky Avtomobilny Zavod (AvtoVAZ). Azerbaijan will adopt a new car standard on May 1, demanding airbags anti-skid brake systems (ABS). Lada Priora is the only vehicle with Lux compatibility.
