Russia and Iran hold consultations on cooperation

Russian and Iranian diplomats have held consultations on bilateral
cooperation during the period of tension over the Iranian nuclear
program, reports RIA Novosti.
"During the talks issues of bilateral cooperation development were
discussed, particularly economic ones, and the creation of a
background of positive information", the Russian foreign ministry
web-site stated.
