The Ukrainian Security Service suspects Adam Osmayev (Grozny, Chechnya) and Ilia Pyanzin (Kazakhstan) of planning to assassinate Russian top officials, Kommersant reports.

They were charged for forming a terrorist group (8-15 years of prison) and terrorism (7-12) on March 12, press secretary of the service Marina Ostapenko said. Investigators believe that they received orders from North Caucasus militant leader Doku Umarov. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was one of their targets.

Osmayev will not be extradited in the near future, until the end of investigation.
