Moscow and Bishkek discuss joint military base project in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz and Russian experts are discussing formation of a joint Russian base in Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev said today, Interfax reports.

The president added that more details on the issue will be given after negotiations.
