South Ossetian parliament approves prosecutor-general's resignation

The Parliament of the semi-recognized republic of South Ossetia has approved the resignation of the country's prosecutor-general.

21 of the 26 members of parliament who took part in the vote voted in favour, with 5 voting against.

South Ossetian Prosecutor-General Taymuraz Khugayev offered his resignation on March 20.
