Taymuraz Mamsurov appointed presidential envoy to South Ossetia

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed the head of North Ossetia, Taymuraz Mamsurov, as presidential envoy to the semi-recognized republic of South Ossetia, Interfax reports.
