Russian Finance Ministry to increase minimum bank capital to 1 billion rubles

Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov plans to increase the minimal bank capital from 180 million rubles to 1 billion rubles by 2015, RIA Novosti reports.

He noted that the strategy for bank development requires the minimum bank capital to increase to 300 million rubles in 2015.
