Armenian parliament fails to gather quorum

The final meeting of the four-day session of the Armenian parliament had only 39 MPs attending, News.am reports.

Parliamentary Speaker Samvel Nikoyan said that they failed to gather a quorum. According to the law, another session will be organized in three hours to achieve a quorum.
