CIS countries' economies won't recover for 2 more years

The economies of the member-states of the Commonwealth of Independent States won't reach the pre-crisis level of development for at least two more years, RIA Novosti cites recent research by the Standard and Poor's agency.

The agency has recently estimated Russia's long term rating as BBB and the short term one as AAA.
