EU foreign ministers approve new sanctions against Iran

Foreign ministers of 27 EU states approved new sanctions against Iran at a meeting in Brussels today, RIA Novosti reports.

18 new names have been added to the blacklist. They will be banned from visiting the European Union and their accounts will be frozen.

Until the latest sanctions, the list consisted of 61 Iranian officials.
