South Ossetia to hold second round of presidential polls

Leonid Tibilov, a candidate for president in South Ossetia, is gaining 41.85% of vote, Interfax cites Bella Pliyeva, Chairwoman of the Central Electoral Commission.

She clarified that Dmitry Medoyev and David Sanakoyev get 24.3% and 24.8% respectively.

Stanislav Kochiyev, the fourth candidate for president, got 5.3% of votes. 0.8% of people voted against all candidates. 94% of voting papers have been processed. 70.1% of the population took part in the voting process.
