Russia, Belarus restore flights

Russia and Belarus have temporarily restored air flights until Thursday, RIA Novosti reports.

Flights from Minsk to Moscow will start at 11 am.

Moscow and Minsk scrapped flights this morning due to disagreements over the number of flights.
