Azerbaijan builds new bridge over River Kura

Azerbaijan continues construction of a bridge over River Kura at the Chukhanly Village of Salyansky District, started in May 2011, Day.az reports.

The bridge is constructed within the framework of the Alyat-Astara Highway project.

The bridge will be 361 meters long, hangers will be 150 meters. It will have 5 sections. The bridge will be 30 meters wide and have 4 lines.

3 out of 6 bearings have been set.

The bridge is worth 35 million manats. It will be completed in 2013.
