US to provide Russia with secret information on missiles

The US wants to give secret information on components of European missile defenses to Russia, US special representative for strategic stability and anti-missile defenses Ellen Tosher said, RIA Novosti reports.

The White House offered Moscow to control tests of Standar Missile-3 in neutral waters.
