Russian president promises major governmental changes

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has promised major changes in the government, but warns against hasty conclusions before inauguration of the new President Vladimir Putin on May 7, ITAR-TASS reports.

Medvedev said in Seoul that the government's structure is under consultations. He added that all institutions will work until their terms of office end.
