Medvedev replaces deputy secretary of Security Council

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has replaced Valentine Sobolev as Deputy Secretary of the Security Council with Yevgeny Lukyanov, Asisstant Secretary of the Security Council, RIA Novosti reports.
