Kofi Annan will visit Iran to discuss Syrian crisis

UN and Arab League Special Envoy to Syria Kofi Annan will visit Tehran on April 2 to discusss the situation in Syria with the Iranian authorities, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Wednesday, ITAR-TASS reports.

“Kofi Annan is likely to arrive in Tehran on Monday,” the Iranian official added.
