Iran kicks Reuters out

Iran has cancelled the accreditation of Reuters in Tehran after publication of materials on women 'assassins', RIA Novosti reports.


Reuters published materials saying that about 3,000 women were training to become assassins. In response, The Iranian Culture Ministry cancelled the  accreditation of 11 journalists of Reuters.


Editor-in-Chief of the Reuters office in Tehran Stephen Adler admitted the mistake and noted that they had removed the materials.
