Former Soviet intelligence chief found dead

Former head of the KGB intelligence department Leonid Shebarshin was found dead in his apartment in Moscow, Ekho Moskvy reports on Friday.

General Shebarshin was 77 years old. According to preliminary reports, he committed suicide.
