Ingush functionaries accused of Pension Fund thefts
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaSix people have been detained and three are on the federal wanted list for thefts of maternity capitals from the Ingush Pension Fund, RIA Novosti reports.
The case started when a local filed a complaint to the police. She was involved in a fraud scheme.
The police detained head of the Pension Fund of Ingushetia Movli Vyshegurov, his deputy Lisa Belkhoroyeva, head of the department Lina Dakhkilgova, her deputy Abu-Muslim Khamkhoyev and an insurance agent Muslim Kodzoyev.
The fraudsters stole over 100 million of maternity capitals in 2010. They were printing false documents needed for certificates. They hired women to present certificates. The functionaries may get up to 10 years of prison.
Abu-Muslim Khamkhoyev’s lawyer Ruslan Bekov appealed the arrest. Lawyers of three other detained functionaries plan appeal as well.
